The practical questions
How do I divert my phone?
Your provider has a short code for it, usually star twenty one hash followed by the number. We show you the exact code for your provider when you sign up, and you can point us at busy calls only, unanswered calls only, or everything.
Can I keep taking calls myself?
Yes. Most people divert only when the line is busy or after a few rings, so they answer when they can and we catch the rest.
What happens outside my working hours?
You decide. We can take a message, tell the caller when you open, or put a genuine emergency straight through to your mobile.
What if the caller asks something we do not know?
You write the answers to the questions your callers actually ask, and those are the only ones we answer. Anything else is taken as a message rather than guessed at.
