Is VAT included?
Prices are shown including VAT where VAT applies, and the invoice shows it separately.
What counts as a minute?
The time we are on the call with your caller, rounded to the second and totalled monthly. Ringing time is not charged.
What if I go over my bundle?
Extra minutes are charged at the rate shown under the table, and nothing stops working. You are never cut off mid month.
Can I change plan?
Up or down, from your account, whenever you want. The change takes effect on your next bill.
