The service

PhoneAnswering.uk answers calls diverted to the number we give you, using the greeting and questions you set, and delivers the message to you.

Paying

Your first 14 days are free. After that the plan you choose is billed monthly in advance, and minutes beyond your bundle are billed at 26p each in arrears. Prices are shown including VAT where VAT applies.

Stopping

You can cancel at any time and the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. We can end an account that is used for anything unlawful, and we will tell you why.

What we will not do

We do not take card details from your callers over the phone. We do not give out your personal mobile number unless you have told us to. We do not make claims to your callers on your behalf beyond the words you have written.

Availability

We aim to answer every call. Telephone networks fail sometimes and so does software. If the service is down for a meaningful period we credit the affected days back to you.
